BOH College & Careers Ministry

We provide a Christ-centered community of faith and discipleship. We are focused on helping students grow in their faith and commitment to Christ and His gospel. We have leaders that prioritize depth in God’s word, willingly address difficult topics and confronting questions while also providing a Biblical worldview in our weekly Sunday morning Bible study.

We aim to provide a home away from home. One of the ways we do that is by providing a monthly, home cooked meal by one of our church families, in addition to fellowship activities throughout the semester for students to connect with each other, build friendships, and get to know the leaders. We surround them with a support system away from home, both emotionally, and more importantly, spiritually.

We provide students opportunities to serve within the church in ways that connect them with their gifting. We understand that they are students and/or are in the workforce, so they are given the space to be as involved as they would like to be.

Our church has a myriad of professionals from all walks of life, including members that work with universities. College students can bring practical topics they’d like to learn more about and we have try to have a professional in that area come in as a guest speaker to walk them through these questions. Examples we have had in the past: talks about financial aid, choosing your major, learning to budget and handle finances, etc.
